Are the leads exclusive?
Yes. Every lead is sent to you only. We never resell the homeowner to anyone else.
What happens if a lead misses the agreed criteria?
Flag it and we review it against the criteria in your order. If it misses them, it does not count toward your order, so another qualified lead takes its place.
How much do leads cost?
There is one price per qualified lead, set before launch and fixed for that order. It depends on your trade, your market, how strict the agreed criteria are and how many leads you order, so we quote it for your market rather than publish one number.
Is there a retainer or long-term contract?
No. We are a lead supplier, not a marketing agency. There is no monthly retainer, no membership and no long-term contract. You buy an order for a set number of qualified leads at a fixed price per lead, and we pay for and run the homeowner ads ourselves.
Do you promise appointments, sales or results?
No. We supply exclusive homeowner leads that meet the agreed criteria. Your team makes contact, sets the appointment, estimates and closes. What we stand behind is the criteria: a lead that misses them does not count.
