Window replacement leads
A window project is a considered purchase, so the homeowner has usually been looking at the same draughty frames for a season before they fill anything in. Each lead carries the window count, whether they want replacement or repair, and the ZIP code, so a rep knows the shape of the job before the first call. The count and the project type are yours to set, not ours.
Roof replacement leads
Roofing splits hard between replacement and repair, and for most companies those are two different businesses with two different crews. The lead says which one the homeowner asked for, so a company that only installs is not paying inspection time on repair calls it cannot bill.
Bathroom remodeling leads
Bath Remodel covers a wider range than most trades. A walk-in shower, a walk-in tub and a full bathroom remodel are three different jobs at three different values, and a lead that does not say which one is barely a lead. Each one names the project the homeowner asked about.
ADU and garage conversion leads
An ADU is a long sale with a planning stage in front of it, so the useful question is how far along the homeowner already is. The lead says what they own, what they want to build, and whether they already have city-approved plans.

Which trades do you sell leads for?

Are the leads exclusive to my company?
Yes. Each qualified lead is sold to one contractor and is never shared or resold afterwards. There is no exclusivity window that runs out.
How much does a lead cost?
A fixed price per qualified lead, agreed for each order. It depends on the trade, the service area, how tight your criteria are and the order size, so there is no public price list. The pricing page explains how an order is put together.
What happens if a lead is not what I asked for?
If a lead misses the agreed criteria, it does not count toward your order, and another qualified lead takes its place.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. An order is a set number of qualified leads at a fixed price per lead. There is no retainer, no membership and no minimum term.
